Update

Hello Justice4Kirstin Campaign members and supporters,

I hope you are all well.

I wanted to share with you a couple of items of interest that are currently in the works regarding Kirstin's case.

The campaign has been contacted by Cali Ruchala, a journalist in the true sense of the word. He is very interested in Kirstin's case and will be writing an article or perhaps a series of articles detailing the case. You can read some of his current articles at www.diacritica.com I will keep you informed of any updates on this.

Pilgrim Films and Television in conjunction with the Discovery Channel is producing a new series called Reasonable Doubt. Kirstin's case will be featured in a hour long show sometime around the first of the year. I will send an update as soon as I have the airing date so you can plan to watch the show. The Reasonable Doubt pilot show featured a wrongfully convicted woman who has since been released. We are certainly hoping for the same outcome.

We are still awaiting the decision of the Nevada Supreme Court and will inform you as soon as we have any new information.

Please continue to pass along information to all of your friends and family regarding her case and website, and ask that they stop by the website and sign the petition if they are so inclined. The more hits the website gets and the greater the number of signatures on the petition, the more likely it will be that she is exonerated. A donation to the legal defense fund would also be helpful at this time. We want to be ready for the NV Supreme Court's decision.

Thanks to all of you for all the emails and guest book entries. It really helps all of us to know we have your support.

The preceding was taken from an email sent by Michelle to the Justice4Kirstin Campaign mailing list. - Tony
